About Us

Unique Homes is a property development company founded in 2005 by successful business woman, Louise Jeppesen. The first project was a terrace of six houses in central Chichester. However, the inherent constraints of a terrace limited Louise's ability to showcase her creative flair, accordingly, future projects leaned towards one off bespoke large family houses set along the foot of The South Downs and around Chichester.

In 2013, Louise's eldest daughter, Michaela Maddison, left a city law firm in London to join Unique Homes. Michaela’s legal skills proved invaluable in seeking planning permission and project managing the builds.

 

With their complementary mix of knowledge and expertise, the mother and daughter duo have been able to create beautiful properties with a strong focus on sustainability.  They have since gone on to develop many more projects that have pushed the boundaries of modern and innovative home design.​​​
